Hey - I’m Olivia.

I’m a nurse practitioner, former bedside RN, and now the co-founder and CEO of my healthcare startup, as well as the Chief Nursing Executive at Prenuvo. I’ve worked in hospitals, led clinical teams, built programs from scratch, pitched to investors, run small businesses, raised money, and landed roles that never hit job boards. I’ve also helped dozens of nurses do the same—whether that meant landing their first remote job, launching a side business, or stepping into a leadership role they didn’t think they were qualified for—and I helped them achieve these things way faster than I did.
