This private coaching is for female nurse managers, directors, and senior leaders who are already carrying executive‑level responsibility and are ready to claim executive‑level authority, pay, and impact. You are the woman other people go to when things are on fire; this work is where you stop white‑knuckling your career and start intentionally designing it.​

You want your next‑level role (inside or outside your current system) without sacrificing your health, your family, or your integrity to get there. You are navigating politics, scope creep, and a constant sense that you are doing the work of two executives without the title or the compensation. You are ready for clear strategy, honest truth, fierce advocacy, and a coach who understands how hospitals, PE‑backed groups, and startups actually work.​

This is intimate, high‑touch work and is limited to three 1:1 clients per month so every engagement is tailored to your role, politics, and next move.​
